Nurses on duty for in-depth medical support. Puréed, soft or regular meals for each person, and an individual physiotherapy plan after the admission assessment.

Meditation, yoga, nature walks, proactive health checks, mineral baths or sauna (depending on the package). The natural setting supports psychological therapy.
Safe facilities for older adults
Non-slip ramps with a gradient under 5%, knee-support handrails in corridors and bathrooms, and SOS emergency buttons connected directly to the 24/7 medical desk.

Deposit refund for medical emergencies
During the one-year construction period, if the older adult has a sudden medical emergency with records from a provincial-level hospital or higher, Party A refunds 100% of the deposit and instalments paid within 15 working days, with no penalty.
